Organization

Nothing in this product assumes an industry. Segments, channels, and Locations are all org-defined, and the vocabulary below decides what the interface calls them.

Terminology belongs to an organization. This session has none, so the controls below show how it works and save nothing.

Terminology

Every user-facing noun in the product resolves through this layer. Pick a preset for the defaults, then rename any term to your own word. Presets change labels only; no logic anywhere branches on them, which is what keeps the core industry agnostic.

Preset
  • Parent entity

The parent entity that funds and governs spend

  • Operating unit

An operating sub-account that spends and earns

  • Group

    A collection of units

  • Shared funding

Shared spend between the parent and its units

  • Revenue line

A revenue line the models decompose against

  • Conversion event

The terminal event revenue attaches to

Nothing here is saved

You are not signed in, so there is no organization to save to. The controls above show how terminology works — a preset fills the placeholders, and a typed term replaces one — but nothing is stored and the rest of the product keeps its default terms. Sign in to set terms that persist for your organization.

Segments

Revenue lines the models decompose against. Chart colors are assigned by slot order and never cycled.
